Its essential goal is to enhance the mandate and competences of antidiscrimination mechanisms and to support the effective fight against discrimination. The adoption of the Law on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination set new objectives for the Coalition and the Coalition is mainly oriented on the development of progressive court practice on discrimination cases and the detection and improvement of systemic shortcomings in the activities of equality mechanisms.
